Job Description: A natural leader that will develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesale clients and their staff (you will be the face of Bloem in your territory). Contribute to Bloem success by increasing sales and profits through new business development and/or growing organically existing key customers, developing relationships with key decision-makers. Closes accounts and sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts. Proactively manages all aspects of new business development, including every step from lead generation through account set-up and account maintenance. Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications. Evaluate customer objectives and provide solutions to generate additional sales. Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Must be creative and entrepreneurial as you set the plan for building a brand and corresponding sales increases within your region. Ongoing product demonstrations with prospective customers. Leader of monthly educational meetings with customers and local community (as needed). Experienced consumer products sales professional that has a proven track record of directly calling on and closing new business preferred. Direct experience managing retail outlets for consumer products, former/current pharmaceutical reps, medical device salespeople or timeshare sales experience is preferred but not required. Minimum of 1-years experience in a sales related industry (cold calling experience is the best). Highly motivated, self-starting individual who has direct knowledge on how to pursue and close new business development. Expert knowledge of the art of strategic selling and account management processes. Existing relationships with accounts/executives preferred but not required. Goal oriented, focused individual who needs little direction or supervision on how to effectively build our Bloem sales. A highly organized person who stays on top of multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, including strong presentation skills. Experience with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). This is a sales position. We will provide you the knowledge and selling tools but expect our employees to incorporate their own process and style while maintaining our core message and identity, with the primary goal of quickly ramping up sales in your area. A minimum 2 years of selling experience is preferred, 1 year is required. Once you’ve seen the benefits of our products and services, you're ready to share that experience with others.
