Now we’re seeking to add a new member to our growing sales team, and bring our range of services to a whole new generation of clientele. That’s where you come in As our new Sales Representative, you’ll develop and execute your own sales strategy for one of our new products. This is an innovative design, which is already starting to spark interest. That’s why we’re hiring more than one person for this position. While you’ll have all the help you need from administration in terms of learning about our products, the details will be up to you. You’ll be generating business through cold calling and door knocking, but the overall sales strategy is your own. As long as you can generate business, we’ll leave the rest to you. The only thing holding you back in this position will be you. If you’ve got the drive to succeed, and the uncommon ability to build trust and rapport with ease, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make an excellent commission. Beyond experience or aptitude in sales, we’re looking for someone who excels in: o Communication – whether you’re using strong business writing skills in emails, or making a good impression in person, you always send a clear and positive message that gets people interested. o Confidence – you don’t need to be pushy or oversell because you exude confidence and expertise when it comes to products. o Trust – you know that succeeding in sales takes more than getting a signature; it’s about being yourself, and building trust with business leaders. It’s always win-win. o Independence – you don’t want or need someone looking over your shoulder. Once you’ve got a goal and administrative support, you are all that’s necessary for success. Working with BNA This will be a full-time, permanent position with hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, though you will have opportunities to work after hours if you choose. You’ll also be able to work from home for some aspects of this position: making calls, setting up appointments, composing emails etc. You’ll receive a competitive compensation package, which includes a recurring revenue commission with no cap, upfront payments on sales, and benefits. You’ve got the skills and experience to close big sales, there’s no limit to your revenue. While we’ve been growing for years, we still have the feel of a small business. Many of our staff have been with us since the beginning, and enjoy the chance to see familiar faces day in and day out. With BNA, you’ll have all the support you need to make the most of every sales opportunity, and you’ll do it while working alongside a close-knit group of great people. Qualifications o Experience in B2B sales would be an asset, preferably in a field related to software/technology and/or digital payment processing o Strong basic math skills, and experience in composing accurate quotes related to pricing packages/margins o Strong computer skills, and experience in MS Office (Excel specifically would be a an asset) o Knowledge of software/technology relating to our business would be an asset o Knowledge of, or ability to learn, software relating to payments/invoicing o High school degree or equivalent How to Apply Our online application will give you the option to apply to this role as a complete person – not just a resume.
