Quick thought before I start. (If u wantvto know how u sound on phone, tape record yourself at home and pitch, youll be surprised, then smile and pitch, etc fake it to make it). I've been in sales for at least 8 yrs off/on. I've done face/face as car salesman, home improvement, printer/office supplies etc. I understand concept of features/benefits, giving customer a reason to buy from you. Qualify fast that your speaking to actual buyer. Get through pitch ask for order & wait for objection to override & ask for order again. What's better for you 6 or 7. Listen for buying signs ( how many in a box, what if I'm not happy etc) use phrases like, let's do this, or here's a thought. Then proceed to sell, I send only half a box with same terms, I'm sure you can handle that, Right. Take control of conversation.
