Individual
I am Licensed Electrical Contractor who is starting to work with APS and SRP's Commercial Lighting Retrofit Rebate Program.
I am currently subcontracting Lighting Retrofit projects from a couple of companies and decided to do it on my own.
I have all the knowledge needed to tackle this task but I lack sales techniques, and that is why I am going to need a couple of sales people to do that for me. No expertise is needed for I will provide training.
Compensation will be strictly based on percentage of gross income of jobs sold.
