HVAC Sales Professionals needed (heating, air conditioning) The Right Choice company has an exciting opportunity for a results driven HVAC Service. Our company is growing and we need a residential HVAC Sales people/Techs. Previous knowledge is NOT a must. Up to $20000 A month!!!!! The Perfect candidate will have a 1 year experience in HVAC Sales, or at least 2 years in the field of sales, we are looking for highly energetic and enthusiastic sales people. We will train you to become a successful HVAC consultant. Job Description: · You will be responsible for the sales and service of duct cleaning, repairing and replacing residential air conditioning. · Build strong report with customers · Have a quick solutions for the customers' needs and requirements · Prepare and present proposals on initial visit · Must have great communicate and support during and after the sale · Maintain contact with potential and open leads · Meet company sales goals and maintain a high closing rate · Exceed our customers' expectations so we get returning customers and referrals. Our success is your success. Requirements: · 1 year experience in HVAC Sales, or at least 2 years in the field of sales, (Door to Door) · Ability to identify customers' needs and close fast with a great customer satisfaction · Ability to pass background check and drug screen if needed · Good listening skills and patience · Good organization skills? · Capability of demonstrating the value of our products and services · Have knowledge of common tools with the ability to use them · Some electrical experience a plus · Ability to climb in attics and work in small spaces · Valid Texas driver's license · Able to work long hours and if needed 6 days a week · Must be ready for work and on time (our office is located in Carrolton) What We Offer: · Great commissions · Good Bonus opportunities · Tools · Van Gas Paid · Training as needed · We provide the leads for you.
