Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for selling Encore Windows & Doors selected products and services. Maintain company established sales targets. Perform in-home presentation using the Encore Windows & Doors sales method. Maintain detailed knowledge of Encore Windows & Doors products and services. Responsible for all sales negotiations, preparing and completing sales contracts, financing paperwork, and submitting all applicable documents to initiate an installation of the sold job . Coordinate efforts with management to acquire new business and resolve customer concerns in a prompt, professional and timely manner. Work closely with management staff regarding scheduling, quality and customer service. Attend sales meetings once a week. Maintains a professional, clean working image in self and work environment including vehicle. Required: Have a reliable vehicle, proof of driver’s license and insurance Available for appointments morning, mid-day and evening 6 days a week A proven track record of “one call” close sales Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, self-driven, with a very positive attitude Qualifications: 2 years Business to Customer or In-Home sales experience Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience What We Offer: Earning potential up to $200,000 a year (full time, commission) Guaranteed pay of five hundred dollars a week for the first 2 weeks as a sales rep Company will assign leads -- no cold calling – we provide the leads, you make the sale Successful sales consultants earn a six-figure income Competitive pay (Avg. 1st Year $120k - $150k (Earning potential $200k) This is an opportunity to earn a high income for the right candidate!
