The Independent Sales Representative will develop and execute the sales and distribution plan for our clients in the State of California with focus in the Los Angeles area. The position requires traveling to customers within the region; opening new accounts as well as implementing tactical & strategic sales planning and analysis and execution of new sales opportunities. As an Independent Sales Representative you will interact directly with customers in the restaurants and grocery shops. The objective of the position is to increase sales from its current base and acquisition of new customers in wine and food service and retail distribution. Position requirements: Affinity for (gourmet) products from Italy - Passionate and enthusiastic for the brand with creative and education skills - ready to drive sales and distribution every day Education, college Preferred Reliable Transportation Valid Social security card Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Honest and Reliable High energy, flexible, hands-on individual with outgoing personality who can thrive in small company environment and enjoys getting things done Highly organized person who stays on top of multiple projects simultaneously Capable of working under pressure to achieve ambitious goals Main Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a positive and professional attitude Find and manage new accounts in your territory Manage sales and invoices in territory Ability to assist with; - Preparation of sales reports and progress - Preparation and oversight of inventory and product reports Compensation: Aggressive Commission Structure - Based on your personal sales and bonuses are given when goals are met.
