Close new sales opportunities through a high volume of inbound and outbound leads Manage communications through instant chats from website Always ensure positive customer service experience Engage customers over the phone, build relationship & trust with customers, develop flexible solutions for customers taking into account customers unique needs while reinforcing differentiation of our company on the market Follow up with clients pre- and post job completion to obtain their feedback, summarize findings and present recommendations to improve service Recommend new sales strategies, develop customers communications and offers campaigns Prepare, develop and continuedly improve an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to address customers concerns, or overcome resistance and objections Develop Q&A guidelines to address any question that may come from customers during and after sale process Manage customers database in the system, document each call in our leads tracking software Prepare monthly analytical sales reports tracking leads, sources of leads, cost of leads and effectiveness of sale conversions Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals Work schedule Monday through Friday 8AM - 6PM and Saturday 9AM - 3PM Requirements: An energetic, outgoing and customer oriented personality with always positive attitude Phone sales & customer service experience: 2 years minimum Excellent customer service skills Strong phone presence and ability to close sales Strong listening, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Advanced computer skills a must, especially MS Office Advanced Excel knowledge and skill Excellent written & verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team High level of ownership, accountability, attentiveness to details, and initiative Be active contributor to the teams and companys success
