Business address: 201-2 Toronto Street, Toronto, ON, M5E 0A4 Work location: 30 Wellington St W, 5th floor, Toronto, ON, M5R 1G6 and various clients’ locations around the Toronto area. Type of Employment: Full Time - Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Perform administrative tasks Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles Act as spokesperson for an organization Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies Answer written and oral inquiries Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs Gather, research and prepare communications material Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases Conduct analytical marketing studies Develop portfolio of marketing materials Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions Develop marketing strategies Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops or symposia Maintain and manage digital database Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Requirements - Education: A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, or communications is required. - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the social media or digital marketing sector developing and implementing communication and promotion strategies is required. - Strong analytical and customer service skills. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills -Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Large workload. -Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent written and oral communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Accurate, Dependability, Reliability, Integrity, Quick learner, Due diligence -Language: English is required -Computer and technology knowledge: Hubspot, Apollo....., Clickup, Excel & Word.
