Business Location: 30 Wellington Street West, 5th floor, Toronto, ON M5L 1E2 Work location: Same as above and telecommuting is available *Work model is hybrid with 2 days per week in office and 3 days remote. Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs Develop marketing strategies Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases Act as spokesperson for an organization Answer written and oral inquiries Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material Prepare contracts Maintain and manage digital database Assist in the review and response to RFPs Activate proposals and manage campaign bookings post-sale Build and track campaign schedules Follow up with clients for campaign assets Provide clients with weekly, monthly and final campaign reports with emphasis on client KPIs and performance Work closely with sales, operations and creative teams internally throughout pre and post sale processes Requirements: Education: Completion of secondary school. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the digital marketing or social media sector is required, as well as experience in project management and customer relations, preferably within the advertising industry is required. In the event that the candidate does not meet the required experience, a university degree OR college diploma in business marketing, public relations or communications is required. Previous programmatic experience is preferred. Knowledge of advertising ecosystem is required. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, and MS Word, Salesforce, Asana. Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Accurate, Reliability. Language: English is required Salary: $32.31 hourly, 40 hours per week.
