We are hiring specifically for paintless dent repair (PDR) sales for this upcoming hail season! We offer customers a zero out of pocket program that waives their deductible while providing them with a free rental car for PDR services. Our PDR techs have over 20 years in the industry. We as a business have 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Native to Denver, we have a strong following and a great presence both online and off! Qualifications Motivated, self starting, positive attitude, clean appearance, and sales oriented! Superior customer service. Excellent communication skills is a plus! The ability to work independently, or as a part of a team. Training Sales experience preferred but not required We teach a unique sales approach, specifically for PDR. We offer the phenominal sales training and support. Compensation Potential to earn well over 100k in your first year Earn full commissions during training Commission based salary, no base pay.
