Salesman Job in Aberdeen, Washington

The Sales Support and Quoting Specialist is responsible for handling inquiries from the salesman or sales network and preparing sales quotations & order submittal to meet our customer expectations. It is critical this person is comfortable interacting with our customers and other sales team members, following through on work plans, and have the ability to resolve customer issues through immediate action. This role, though independent, is a direct report to the company Operations Manager. Primary responsibilities: Sales quote fulfillment. Document all sales leads, quotes, and customer interactions in CRM system Ownership of all sales quotes with regard to accuracy and timeliness. Executes task assigned from sales teams to support Customers’ daily expectations, including inventory fulfillment lead-times, updating part numbers, product support, and freight estimates. Attends daily meetings to prioritize orders, quotes, & other activities. Compile, assemble, and communicate final quotation to sales team or directly to the customer. Submits order into CRM system accurately & works closely with Operations Manager to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner. Updates customer records in CRM system for account and address changes. Adhere to pricing and delivery guidelines. Provide superior customer service and timely response to customer inquiries. Prospecting as required. Continuous Improvement & Customer Focus Mind-set. Requirements: Proficiency in written and verbal communication. Strong ability to multi-task and excellent time management. Previous Agriculture experience needed. Education / Experience- High School diploma or equivalent Strong communication and computer skills Exceptional customer service skills
