Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to create sales materials and strategies that effectively showcase our offerings. Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry developments. Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products and services. Qualifications: Prior experience in a sales role within the construction industry is essential. In-depth knowledge of decorative concrete products and their applications. General knowledge of construction processes and materials. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
