Salesman Job in Atlanta, Georgia

I’m looking for a professional salesperson between the ages of 30 - 50 yrs old, with great negotiation skills. I’ll need the salesperson to simply call back warm leads from sellers who have already entertained the idea of either Lease Optioning or Owner Financing their home. The salesperson will ultimately negotiate acceptable offers that will allow the company to profit and expand throughout the state. Easy scripts will be provided, and Property Information sheets will be supplied for each home. This position also comes with an additional quarterly bonus of $100.00 per contracted agreement.
