Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, creating lasting relationships with customers, and actively contributing to our growth and expansion. This role is crucial as you will be our frontline ambassador, embodying our values and vision. Responsibilities: - Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients, including direct contacts, referrals, and leads created by you and the company. - Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our service. - Meet and strive to exceed sales targets, with a clear goal of making a minimum of 12 sales within the first three months. - Conduct presentations and sales pitches, articulating the value and uniqueness of our products. - Provide feedback from clients to enhance our services and products. - Collaborate with other team members to refine sales strategies and approaches.
