Lash Vision Media is currently seeking an ambitious individual with a go-getter mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be currently studying or a recent graduate of Marketing or Business and available full time over the summer and for at least 20 hours thereafter. We are looking to hire a group of sales representatives to sell out of home media. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Building your own client base • Lead sourcing and research • Cold calling and prospecting leads • Pitching clients and negotiating contracts • Maintaining relations with clients and prospects • Meeting individual team quotas REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • You are a recent Marketing or Business graduate • You communicate clearly and write well • You are motivated, target driven, and work well independently • You are comfortable cold calling • You have excellent selling and negotiation skills • You are fluent in spoken and written English (French is an asset) • You have previous sales experience (an asset) COMPENSATION: • 3 weeks training/onboarding • Full Time (30-35 hours) between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday over June, July and August • From September onward, optional full time or part time (minimum 20 hours per week) • Starting at $14 per hours with 5% commission (potential to make up to 3K per month) email [email protected]
