My name is Nick Sauceda, Sales Manager at Amanda Tripicco's State Farm Agency in Williamsburg, Va. We are a somewhat new Agency with a lot of talent and drive. Our record Breaking salesteam are driven by nation-wide recognition and the chance to open individual agencies for ourselves. We are unintentionally all under the age of 29 and still are packing a lot of juice. We run our office as a team, and ignore the hierarchy of command. Our salesman all have their own unique personalities, which combines to make a universal approach to prospecting new clients. We have built an unbreakable culture in our work lives expanding to our personal lives. If you only care about reaching your sales goals, expanding your own skills and strengthening the stage for your own future, then this job is more than likely not going to fit your style. We want a personable all-star who MAY have had experience with a sports team or group in which the members all contributed to having each other's back's. We believe as a whole, that if we can build a comfortable, friendly, professional and meaningful vibe in the office, then we can for sure build a top producing Agency.
