Sells marketing materials and products to businesses and establishments or individuals. Servicing the customer and contacts by maintaining accounts and acquiring new accounts. Understands and communicates AlphaGraphics products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: -Maintain an in-depth knowledge of production processes, capabilities and pricing. -Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner to all prospective and current customers. -Compile and maintain a lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources. -Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone, inperson and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services. -Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales. -Supplies the business center with customer orders. -Responds to and resolves customer complaints. -Reviews proof's to create accurate job estimates. -Maintains customer artwork files in conjunction with business center filing system. -Displays expertise in Point of Sale application for accurate pricing. -Provides product demos to qualified customers on request. -Provides customer with defined benefits of using our services including value-added features. -Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of the business center's delivery schedules. -Consults with customers to meet their needs using specific Job Analysis questions. -Builds and maintains customer relationships. -Contacts customers regularly to ensure that our products are meeting or exceedign their expectations. Prepare and maintain a sales log and contact record. -Maintains customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and quality standards. -Prepares reports of business transactions. -Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
