Maxim is seeking a Sales Manager to become an integral part of our team! For the right candidate, this is a huge opportunity to grow with our established business. The right candidate is an aggressive, driven individual who has the confidence to sell to retail buyers both face to face and over the phone. Responsibilities: -Cold call retailers to make meetings to present Maxim's products. -Travel to stores in the NYC Metro area to present and sell our products to individual store owners. -Contact and seek to secure presentation meetings with regional and national retail accounts. -Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts. -Investigate and resolve customer complaints. Qualifications -Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. -Aggressive and outgoing approach to sales and communication. -Ability to build rapport with customers. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong negotiation skills. Compensation -This position offers an entry level base salary plus commission.
