Here's the criteria we're looking for: 1. The MOST important thing is someone with a good work ethic that we can sent to a task, and trust it will be done. All else is teachable, but this is one trait we really need. 2. Be self motivated to find solutions to problems and not have the employee mentality. We need someone that can see their own potential and use that energy to make opportunities to happen. 3. Sales background is a real need, but if the first two are met, then this is teachable. 4. Compensation is commission based paid out at NET 30 rate on 1099 at 10% of project bill rate. 5. Work is not location based, however travel for meetings with clients and team is to be expected. 6. Needless to say, a well motivated, problem solver that makes his/her own opportunities can do VERY well with CEG. Net compensation of 85-95k yearly is not at all out of the question.
