The chief function of the Sales Advisor role is promoting our services to develop sales and generate revenue. Your typical duties will include following up on customer leads; completing roof inspections; encouraging customers to utilize our services; and meeting with insurance adjusters. You will also be involved in overseeing the roofing projects. Qualified leads are provided, but there are incentives to drive referrals by reaching out to neighbors of our current customers. In this commission-based role, average reps typically earn around $100,000 in the first year, motivated reps can earn around $150,000 by the second year.
