– Created and developed Yakety Yak Wireless’s entirely new hybrid business model, sales strategies, operational policies, and corporate infrastructure to repair broken business model that enabled profitability to flow through to franchisees. ~ Set up infrastructure and trained all owners, managers, and sales teams on business operations, finance, real estate, marketing and staff development at 230 locations.
– Two entities derived from new YYW model, T Street Management Inc. (TSM) and Play N Trade (PnT). ~ Built multi and exclusive partnerships with Sprint, Verizon, Cricket, T-Mobile, and Metro PCS.
~ Enabled unprecedented 200% growth in profits.
~ Earned multiple esteemed recognitions as Nation’s Fastest Growing Franchise Business.
– Designed and implemented Go Wireless’s business model to expand telecommunications service provider’s retail operations to 100 stores. ~ Refocused real estate strategies to enable opening of two to four new stores per month.
~ Delivered 160% of goal as Cingular indirect agent.
– Entered into sales field at Mobile Works (later purchased by Al & Ed’s Autosound) and quickly, broke every record in sales and sales management by massive margins. ~ Consistently achieved high ROI and record breaking company sales.
– Developed team of sales experts. Built, trained, and developed staff at 43 locations.
– Established and directed sales and marketing training programs for all levels of staff, from new hires to managers. ~ Trained 200 employees on effective sales techniques and product-specific audio/visual and wireless information.
