Salesman Job in Madison Heights, Michigan

• Direct sales based upon customer support, product and pricing • Call on minimum 25 leads / new prospects per week • Call on minimum 25 existing accounts • Estimating prices and cost price of the product line for customers • Maintain, review, and utilize a CRM database as directed for prospect and customer maintenance • Review project specifications and contracts • Prepare and submit proposals for the sale of the company’s product line • Quote standard and custom projects utilizing pricing tools and team collaboration • Make client presentations for potential projects • Weekly reporting to management on sales numbers and sales projections. • Monitor competition, market trends and customer buying behaviors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, selling/marketing techniques, etc. • Learn about product composition and design • Maintain industry and technical knowledge by working closely with engineering, operations and production departments • Other duties assigned
