We have immediate full time opportunity’s available within the Sales & Marketing department for the Toronto, Ontario and area. Reporting directly to the President, the purpose of this position is to direct and manage Sales to support strategic and financial objectives of increase our overall sales profitably, diversify our customer base, and to build and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors. * Working with management to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing budgets for region and sales territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for key customers, as well as core and diversified product categories. * Meeting or exceeding annual established Warehouse/Direct sales and margin targets by utilizing developed action plans, pricing strategies and appropriate controls. * Working closely with the sales team to establish rapport, review priorities and maintain a strong communication network. * Implementing, leading, and maintaining a sales strategy which positions Biz Products as the market leader position created by employees, customers, and shareholders. * Implementing national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. * Executing a business plan to ensure complete and effective customer service support and mutual profitable growth. * Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. * Developing supplier relations with key vendors and support product development activities. Ensuring broad base coverage and penetration with both Customers and Suppliers. Position Requirements * 1-3 years of experience in sales in 1 or more of the following category's with an overall drive to succeed will be considered Business papers- Printing -copy center. Toners & inks. * Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. * General computer knowledge required. * Competencies/skills including coaching/development, leadership/team builder, problem solving, strategic planning and organization. * Knowledge of market conditions and demand.
