About the Role:

In addition to helping us build our first sales team, you would be responsible for working directly with prospects to and provide them with demos, free trials and ultimately subscriptions to our service. Great customer experiences are everything in any business, and you’re the key to a creating a great lasting impact.

Day to day, this means:

Managing and coaching our reps

Leading the office

Reporting results to executive team

Selling

About You:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic self-starter. You are competitive (you hate losing!) and you are optimistic (you bounce back from rejection!)

You’re the right person for this role if...

You want to lead, but are willing to sell to get there

You differentiate yourself because you actually love cold calling.

You live for the close and close hard.

You have a strong work ethic, and a self-driven desire to succeed.

You overcome resistance, and are not discouraged by rejection.

You are self-motivated, and feel empowered in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You have great listening skills. Each customer has different needs, and you must be able to quickly solve each one.

3-5 years of prior B2B Sales and sales management experience



Additional Requirements:

Prior use and understanding of Salesforce..... or other CRMs

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a focus on quality of work

Bonus if you have worked at a startup previously
