Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: - Sell technology-based products and services - Use multiple lead sources to find and create new business opportunities - Promote sales to existing clients - Conduct thorough needs assessments with new and existing clients to analyze current fleet configuration and spending - Identify opportunities for cost-savings and increased efficiencies through the needs assessment process - Resolve product and service related problems - Identify both hardware and software solutions that will solve inefficiencies - Prepare detailed quotations outlining current state and proposed solutions - Present complex quotations to key decision-makers - Manage clients’ accounts through all stages of the sales process - Use a variety of communication tools to contact customers - Track sales activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and customer service - Constantly keep up to date on new products and technology - Work along with the general manager and sales manager in exercising all new revenue and business opportunities - Assist the general manager in creating new marketing programs - Investigate competitors pricing to determine selling prices - Assist with day to day operations Requirements: - Completion of high school is required - At least 2 years of experience in sales or in a technical occupation related to multifunction printers, faxes and copiers are required - Experience with Ricoh products is an asset - Working knowledge of computers and related work (Pack Office, Outlook, etc.) - Ability to proficiently use phone/fax/email technology - Be willing to work under pressure with minimal supervision - Be willing to do teamwork - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Client focus - Be organized - A valid driver’s licence is required, own vehicle needed for deliveries - Be able to handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs Salary: $25.00 to $26.00 hourly, 40 Hours per week. Benefits: Dental insurance, extended medical insurance, membership at a local fitness facility to $60.00 per month, phone allowance based on personal preferences up to $80.00 per month, commissions based on 40% gross profit on all accounts once the monthly quota is achieved, gas card Important Information: Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
