The Commercial Sales Consultant is a telephone calling “machine”. The best sales people have a full pipeline and this takes hard work and working the phones. This position is filled with lots of rejection for the first 90 days, but will get better as the hard work will pay off. This professional is responsible for finding your prospects, making the calls, tracking the activity through a CRM, and helping to close the sale with another Incyte employee. We believe that hard work, good communication skills, persistence, and confidence will make you successful. You will be dealing with lots of rejection, but look at it as an achievement. The person with the most rejections will be rewarded each week.
