My skills are professional customer service, hiring and training sales team on B2B sales techniques, strategies , business relationships and step by step closing. I have 20 years in technical businesses, 12 years as a buyer and customer service in retail, 10 years in culinary and hospitality. As a professional cultivating new prospects and vendors come natural to me in my ability to conect well and communicate clearly. I have lead, trained and manager sales teams of 12 highly motivated skills. In retail i managed, trained , motivited over 56 sales team members in addition to 4 store managers, 12 department needs and seasonal staff. As a Public speaking and demonstrator i managed a total of 4 hours and coordinated quest speakers to fruther educate audiences of 425 persons. My purchasing skills of 8 million respectively with 40 vendors/suppliers. I also resource consistently keeping appraised of pricing/availability of materials & products, merchandise as well as assist our business partners. We all can succeed together with proper leadership and focus on growth, creativity, loyalty and professional conduct. Conflict resolution is also on my top list of skills. Anticipation and negociation are a large portion of my manufacturing expertise. My weakness is high personal competitive nature with prosperous expectations for all parties.
