I am a former business trial attorney with more than thirty-five years of experience appearing before Courts and juries developing my sales skills. During that time, I represented clients in disputes involving all aspects of complex business transactions including real property, contracts, securities and professional liability (representing attorney.s accountants, and brokers in complex malpractice actions). I was the managing partner of a start-up law firm for more than a decade with the primary responsibility for client development. During that time, I increased billings and collections for the firm from nothing to over $2 million per annum doing my own sales and marketing. I then started a business in the healthy foods industry and in the course of less than two years grew the business from scratch to over 100 locations and $500,000 in collections. As a consequence of these varied experiences, I have a wide breath of knowledge in numerous fields as well as substantial sales and marketing experience and expertise. I reside in the Los Angeles area with my wife of thirty-six years. My two children are grown (one a physician and the other a talent agent). I am willing and able to travel for work if necessary.
